Here is a short list of healthy foods. These are known as super foods. Each has huge health benefits. Be aware that these are not the only foods out there. There are plenty. Just remember that any food has benefits as long as it is lower in fat (has no trans fat) and has moderate salt (salt retains water). Some of these food are heavy in calories and fat (avocados, nuts) and should be eaten in moderation.
