It is 1:54 PM. I have just finished running a little over 4 miles and it is hot. I am sweating profusely. My phone gives off the Old Spice Whistle signifying that I received a text message. My girlfriend and I have been having issues so I was a little excited at the thought she might be opening a dialog with me. But then, I saw this:

My daughter is pregnant. I do not remember much after that but I will never forget that moment.
